Dr. Jon | Elbow Curls Stretch for Tight Shoulders and Thoracic Spine
This mobility exercise helps loosen your shoulder and thoracic spine. The goal is to be able to do 1 set of 25 per day. Make sure that your elbows touch together in the center. You may notice 1 arm is tighter than the other. This is normal and will improve quickly as you loosen up these tissues. To make this stretch harder, do it against a wall. Be sure to keep your head touching the wall and also make your elbows touch the wall on each rep.
