Dr. Jon | Shin Splints Foam Roll Stretch

In this video I show you how to roll your Tibialis Anterior (that is the chief shin splint muscle just lateral to your shin). If your pain is medial, your Tibialis Posterior is the problem. You can change your angle on the foam roll to reach your sore spot. Shin splints come from your calves being to tight and shins being too weak. Make sure to look up my calf foam roll video, along with ankle circles and golf ball roll.
