Throughout daily life and with all my patients, I have noticed a common bad habit: we all tend to slouch. This position causes our mid back to be rounded or kyphotic. This foam roll stretch, I call it the Self Chiropractic Adjustment, helps with that. Simply roll back and forth on the foam roll, creating extension in your Thoracic spine and hopefully getting a few audible pops!
