In this video, I demonstrate how to stretch your Pec and Subscap. This can help relieve shoulder pain along as prevent headaches and neck pain from slouching. Hold each stretch for 30 to 60 seconds and do them 3 times per day. For further improvement, try simply sleeping on your back!
