This is for all you clenchers out there. Jaw pain can cause headaches, vertigo, tinnitus and honestly just pain in general. Try spending 5 to 10 seconds on each painful trigger point a couple of times per day. If you are still in pain after a couple weeks, there is another move inside your mouth that is really affective. I need to see you in person for that.
